One of the wonderful statues that you don't get bored of looking at is this seated statue of King Seti II
For those who did not know King Seti II, we present to you some information about him
He is the fifth king of the nineteenth Egyptian dynasty, the son of King "Merneptah" and Queen "Estnefert II" and grandson of the great King Ramses II.
The statue was found in the Temple of Mut in Karnak in 1816.
But it was smuggled like thousands of artifacts out of Egypt and deposited in the British Museum
The contemplator of the statue will see the extreme precision with which it was sculpted to show the smallest details of the strength and youth of that sitting king in all his splendor, carrying a box with a ram's head, a symbol of Amon, in addition to the wonderful shoes he wears on his feet.
He is really a creative Egyptian artist
